i wasnt able to continue w/ the raid... coz my daughter wanted to play her Sesame Street: Elmo Game @ my pc.

we decide by all cents. so if many cents agree that u can join then u pass. HB will ask our cents about u

 

So basically, HB will lead raids etc.
Most of the invites are decided by the centurions. If majority of cents agree to have one accepted, a cent will invite the person, and HB will just stick his nose in and wrinkle it a bit ?

Well, tbh elite. I am not the only one who decides. Yes i will have my inputs and remarks, but they too will have their own and their decisions.

Its centurions (majority) over my decision.

 

one thing i think separates the way we run the legion amongst others is unity and openness to oneself and each other.
the legion is very fortunate to have wise and true people that are open to each other's thoughts.

and also, the centurions are all close to each other and dis agreement is highly unlikely to happen (ill make sure of that)


PS: before i forget..
Legionmates / legionaries also has the ability to share thoughts.
That is why we really emphasize in our recruitment people who are Mature and Open Minded.
of course high sense of humor or atleast have some. lol

 

Unfortunately, its hard to find people like that

 

So far we are 14 individual people in the legion. and the CORE is really the closest friends youll ever know.
I believe if we set an example., everyone who joins will follow. and of course invite wisely.
as much as possible.. put egos and pride aside and value friendship and respect more.

i hope luck is with us tho.

 

I feel this way now since we have an organized and awesome raids everyday.

 

we have lots of priest. really a great start.
we need SMs tho.

 

well u guys can be mad, but its what i saw, most of time u there all the time pvp in groups , didnt saw almoust some1 from legion would go pvp alone vs 2~4 or etc, thats big minus from me. anyway good luck .

 

i do solo too. vs 2 or 3. cus every time we raid, i often come late and have to cross gelk, silentera and ingg alone. lol
