    I also lost my pets :S and they when I log in to check it says no history ?

    well happend to me almoust same like that, just my tittle ingame was gone and purchase history too, like didnt bought it.at the end had to rebuy it.

    are you serious ? Im not wasting 35$ again... yes cause when you donate via Western union they charge you extra 15$ and its not favorable :)

    well i dont , i didnt have any proofs about it, even easy mark tittle was gone ingame .and the quest was made , but tittle was gone. :)

    try checking your history in Lumiel even though you dont have character in there, it happen to me my purchases in Siel went to Lumiel and I they never return my credits or replace the item
