    I assume you meant hate o.o Anyway the graphics are far from primitive, actually in terms of sharpness and detail, ultra settings on WoW are close to rivaling that of Rift (ultra settings as well), and definitely beat Aion (at least until they get the new graphics engine). The problem is the graphic engine they use is old and they've had to push it to its limits to get the graphics they have now, and its a style that some people don't like. Personal opinion and all, some people love WoW graphics, I find some of the zones and spells to be absolutely astonishing and beautiful, see: Algalon, but its a matter of preference and some would prefer a different graphic style.

    Also when I first played WoW, I found the graphics to be a bit too cartoony, but that was mainly to allow even the crappiest of PCs to be able to play it. I do notice that the graphics are definitely a lot better from what I remember though.

    They definitely have a cartoony feel to them yes, fortunately that doesn't stop Blizzard from making some of the most breathtakingly beautiful zones I've seen in MMOs, and using their graphic engine above and beyond its normal capabilities
