    The create character is ok now you can create your character....the cap for creating a character is 8...

    delete 1
    then create again for the 8th slot

    Guys i think its the new version/updated once, that wont allow you to create char, Me i created new char like 1 day ago.... and i have no
    problem with it..

    so basically some accounts are bug and some are not.
    coz some said they didnt have any problems at all (regular players)

    doesnt work.

    PS: do u have lumiel characters? how many?
    i just thought of it coz. maybe its 8 char / acc
    so siel + lumiel = 8

    LOL.. i just thought of it.. coz im really confused on why we cant make
