i Randomly got Ban

    i was logging off , my Character to get dyes i come back to the aion Screen it shows the leaving Screen , i try to log in and it says.... Cannot connect to ip..... i've Donated today , i dont know if that's the problem or not , i loged out in Sanctum. this problem occured on the Character Bluish. idk How it happened but know my Account will Not work b/c it's been Ban out of the blue Randomness of no where, i kinda need some help here lol

    Ignoring all the people trying to incite issues in this thread, I'll actually attempt to assist you and I'll go check the ban logs for your name. Give me a few minutes and if your name isn't logged then I'll talk to an admin to see if we can't get it reversed for you.

    I agree with what I've seen from Skies but either way no second chances are allowed if he did do something wrong.

    Still, I don't see your name in any of the ban logs. Are there any other characters you've played in the past few days besides Bluish?

    You might've gotten banned for taking back the money when donating. Check with paypal, see if they reversed the transaction.
