Can't log in? Help please(not a hacker/bug abuser, just cant log in)

    So earlier today i was pvping in gelk and got DC'd from the server. This happens every so often so i thought nothing of it and tried to log in again, and this popped up

    for this, i know it says infinite aion, BUT IT IS NOT INFINITE AION. When i used to play infinite, it changed my log in screen to this and idk how to change it back. this really is gamezaion.
    and then this

    anyways this is what happens anytime i try to log in now. It just keeps re-occuring. Do i have to wait for a restart, or is my account screwed up?

    ur account is stuck....try to pm an admin to unstuck your account or wait for a server restart/reboot
