[Forum Question] No more respect to the new Trainees?

Hola Gamez Staff,

I remember the time when Karissa or Alente used to announce the new hired/promoted members in Staff. Its been quiet a long time since I saw last post like that... As I can recall, Ashtar was the last one who welcomed and announced the new trainees for the last time - officially.

Here comes my question: Is it so hard to post a thread with the new recruitments? Like seriously Admins, no matter how busy you are, it would take you like 2mins -max- to make a thread where you will announce the new Trainees or promotions.



Kari, when you came back, youmade a thread for yourself, didn't you? You wanted this community to welcome you back and to show how much it loves you, right? So why don't you make a thread about the new promotions, new Trainees?

Show some rescpect to those people who apply to offer their services for free. Spend some time and make them feel happy and special. Those ninja promotions are showing disrespect to the community and to the Trainees themselves since you don't even give a damn to spend some time and to let the community know about who you hired.

They need to include why they hired/recruited an individual to be AMT's also.

I felt like I was being flipped at when they decided to hire a guy with 15 posts and a literally lacking history of administration knowledge/experience, compared to the rest of the applicants.

 

Thats quiet a revolutionary thought for Gamez. Lets just achieve the comeback of the official announcememts of the promotions

Well, at least she could just give us a brief explanation like "I picked him/her because he/she displays a potential talent for a administrative position, such as exceptional buttkissing and this one intentionally left blank"

AT LEAST GIVE US SOMETHING, NOT JUST SLAPPING A BLUE NAME ON A USER AND EXPECT US TO BE HAPPY.

Thats not an excuse...

When someone enters your house, you welcome him no matter how long he will stay there - one hour, one day or one year. Things are sinple and easy to be done. Just make a thread and state your choices in front of the community that you tend to call your emperion.

 

Why is everyone thinking Kari does things out of selfishness??? Please seriously, Grow the Heck Up...

Raik - I liked you a lot in the past, but now you are becoming extremely opinionated, and thinking you KNOW whats best... How old are you? Not to throw age around but it takes more then a couple clicks and a few words to think you are able to handle such a superior position...

I am sure, Ashtar can tell you, it isn't all gravy when it comes to obtaining a superior position...

Not that I have asked, but im sure she hires those with less post count cause she knows they will do a well job in game, instead of feeling like they NEED to read the forums on a daily basis.. And focus on learning the position....

Its not about selfishness, its about respect. You lost the whole point from the begining if you think that this is the point of my thread. Go at the first page and RE-read it ALL again and see what I try to say.

This is no an attack to Kari. This is a simple question about people's respect in here, which this community lacks for a long time now -IF it ever had.

You liked me coz I was a smouth guy who would give a damn if things are running properly or not around here. Im tired to see of how Admins treat their community which they use to call Empire. We see many unprofessional actions taked. Nothing really ever changes here on Gamez, we see the same coin, but its just the other side of it.

So, this is your FIRST time as GM and Mod, right? Ask me how many times Ive been in those positions in the past and ask all those communities if my superiors ever complained about me or the job I've done. I will provide you links and mails if you would like to check it

Being an Admin is not about the name but about the offer and service. You think that being an Admin gives you permition to do things without stating the reasons why you did so, right?

This makes so much sence. Thats why there are 1 gazillion threads with people's problems and issues un-answered. Thats why some GMs ask each other if this is tradable or not. Thats why some GMs got no idea how to help someone when he cannot log-in because they got NO BASIC KNOWLEDGE of the game and the issues.

What about the job on forums? Forums is equal to game. GM should take action in both places. Of course, its better to sit in game all day long, and say 'Its not my shift, go report the hacker to some other GM who is online on his GM account'

I love the way you like to point out other people's problems that YOU think there are. There is nothing wrong with ghost coz his posts are constructive and on topic most of the time while YOURS are most of the time ass kissing and offencive. You pop in and start a flame war with what you say most of the time because you think that being in Staff around half year makes you expert in everything.

ps: Gurl, you are wrong. You will see it much later. You are SuperMod for the first time, Ive been SuperMob like 3 times already. So do you really want me to point out how good you are doing your job from the position you are? Do you?

It will take me like half day to gather up all you job done here. Community will judge you then, not me
