    It is supposed to be, but since the emulator was updated they haven't made gear tradeable again. Even DP gear requires vip for trade.

    Guess I'm wrong then. I've been vip since before the emulator was put in so I didn't have any trouble, but everyone's been telling me that they can't trade.
