    Usually you can earn them through quests in Gelk/Ingi, I'm not sure about the other ways.

    You can get them by making quest in Gelkmaros/Inggison in the forts, you can take daily quest there that give u 1x platinum medals each time u complete that quest, it's repeatable, also those medals are the prizes of the fort sieges in balaurea

    there are NPC's in Gelkmaros and Inggison Fortresses that gives these repeatable quests which rewards you 1 platinum medal per quest completion.. there are more quests that gives you more platinum medals but i dont think theyre working yet in gamez :S

    Or u can go into Abyssal Splinter wich has prolly no CD and u can kill the boxes. They drop 1 gold and 1 platinum medal.
    If no CD u can basicly repeat it 24/7

    I play in Lumiel as an Asmo.. and we've only captured one fortress in gelk (lazy asmos :p)

    here are 2 NPC's which im sure gives 1 Platinum Medal each as a Reward.. theyre in Vorgaltem Citadel

    â—˜Esendia - [Daily] To Procure Supplies - 50 Leowasp Carapace
    â—˜Krizarid - [Daily] The Seed of Anxiety - 50 Drake Claw
