Please tell me

that someone actually investigated this guy in game and didn't just ban based on this little vid in which the reporting player didn't even have his inventory window to prove that he was moving at the max legal speed.

Well, even the cleric next to her had a scroll on.. even if they didn't have the running boots they would still be running faster than that guy, right? Since the ranger who was running away had no buffs, or scrolls on

 

Sometimes u cant see another player buffs cause of bug game... if u make skill on him like debuff or buff him... then u will see his/her buffs .. it happend to me ...too but i never meet till now speed hacker idk... maybe is there speedhacker

 

well~ all i know is most of speed-hacker user will blink on your screen when ur chasing the hacker.. blinking as in like blind-leap skill before the new emu but moving towards not blind leaping as in literally the skill description just the animation & not that far~ & continuously blinking 'till the hacker is finally out of ur view/radar, not blinking on your radar though only the char & not the red dotted thing on your radar

added: So whenever u see a runner that blinks on your screen, then he/she is undoubtedly using speed-hack.. specially if ur not laggy/delay'ish or u can see anyother char moving normally but that runner is blinking, besides delay or lag will cause a char to move towards till it hits a wall/an obstacle & not blinking

 

not 100% on this but when you cant see the buffs, i believe you cant see ALL of them. You can see food on that ranger so.... id assume he doesn't actually have a scroll/buffs on. Again, not 100% on this!
