Need some help

Well , didn't found a section to post this , but i have some questions about the game itself
i'm new in Aion and i decided to join a private server instead cause it's no monthly fee.

I am a level 55 gladiator now and i know the basics of this and that.
but how i get into the Area : Heiron ??

- Do i have to complete all quests from lvl 1-55 ? is it necesary ?
- Is there some kind of way to it ? ( i didn't found one , + it's not on my teleporter )
- How do i craft ? i can only obtain the Aria ones in the starter field
- How i delete a level 20+ character ? it says i have to add : Confirm delete i do that but
it says it's a wrong command.

Any1 here that doesn't want to flame a new guy here and got some time to explain me a bit of this and that is welcome and yea i'm sorry but i'm low expierenced in this game atm. but wanna learn it so badly

 

make sure u did the daeva quest:
-asmo - a cerimony in pandaemonium
-ely - a cerimony in sanctum
and visit verteron/eltnen and acept the campaign quest (gold quest) u'll be able to go in Heiron

make sure u are writing "Confirm Delete" with the right initial caps letters

 

then use the easiest way, go to sanctum at the general goods merchant and buy Heiron scrolls, those will teleport you to Heiron

 

You need to visit Verteron first
