Logging in Game issue

Hi. I read in the main guide but it doesn't answer my problem. I installed aion north america, I installed gamezaion then i input my login and my password I accept the terms and then this shows: "No game server is available to the authorization server."

I've reinstalled gamezaion launcher several times but this keeps happening and there is nothing wrong with the game either.

 

is the version of your aion 2.5.0.3 ??? if yes, downgrade your client to 2.1.0.12 ( gamezaion is on 2.1 and not 2.5)

i did that but as you can see their guide is very incomplete and there are folders that i cant download
