Legion Cloak/bug?

My Friend cannot see him self or other people who are using Legion cloak in option.he can only see people who put HIDE in the option for the Legion cloak. What he did was he upgrade his client to 2.5 than downgrade it by doing the GM tutorial for 2.5xx back to 2.1. but i think he got a missing file or something. Does any one Know which file it is for the Legion cloak to appeared and actually see people in the game?

But arent the legion cloaks features of 2.5 not 2.1?

thats what my friend got it from. he did the same steps as the gm say.but i think he miss a file or something to not be able to see people when they using the legion cloaks
