    I think it's a good idea.
    Players with level 55 chars might get bored of their character looks and want a plastic surgery but can't get one without vote points. ( Like me , which my vote points are stucked and can't have any for some reason)

    I agree with the idea, if 2.5 reaches gamez, then it would be nice to have a little gift in ours inventorys =).

    and since when having a plastic surgery ticket affects Carl? ... It just affects the voting , plus .. it isnt only the Plastic Surgery that makes Gamez on the top.. there's a bunch of stuff in the web store >.>.

    And like it was said before, people might have untradeable items in their chars and won't remake because they don't want to lose then , or just because they just don't want to spend time on leveling the char again just because of the looks.

    Only people that have the want to remodel their toon would have bought that ticket. You make it seem like they gave away a month of gameplay for free.

    I can think of two reasons why they provided those tickets for free:
    1 - A small token of appreciation to their current subscribers; or
    2 - A pathetic attempt at NCsoft to try to revive/prolong a dying player base in NA;
    Probably a combination of both.

    Let's be real. Currently the servers set up so that you basically have to donate to gear a new toon up. Its not the only method, but no medals/broken instances are evidence enough to say the servers "pushing" new players to donate for their gear. Carl has zero incentive to give stuff out in the credit shop for free.

    Do you really think Carl gives a rats ass about how you feel about your toons look?
