I still dont understand after 8 months why my ban cant be lifted..

Well if you got banned for hacking then it's a perma ban. Though you should still be able to ask and see the evidence against you and be able to make an official appeal.

first of all NONE of these steps happend he just banned me.. Omg.. Evilset checked me while i was ingame I dont hack. i had the speed on me while he checked downloaded things and did stuff to my pc and i toke off all of my gear and i still had the speed.

If it's speed hacking then it's an insta permaban. Also if your name is Fatalityyy then I think I even have a vid of you moving faster than you should be but I'm not sure.

Either ways , EVEN if I wouldn't have taken it as speed hack (which was freakin obvious since I couldn't catch up with 16.0 speed which is supposed to be the fastest flight speed) then I can say you were abusing your computer , since it was the source of the "technical issue" you were gripping onto as an excuse , in order to avoid the banhammer . But even if I were nice enough to do this , what would we do with the 6-7 videos I recorded ? Bug abusing not once , not twice , not three times but seven ?

I DO NOT HACK.. its a 1 day ban .. and i didnt get a 1 day ban just got told to stop.. yea i dont know how the f**k to stop and you still thinks i speed hack.. Im PRETTY sure if i speed hacked i wouldnt go up to Fynie and show him and ask him wtf is wrong with me.. i would turn it on hunting not everywhere i freaking go..

Yeah I didn't ban you , since evilset told me he explained you the solution and that you will do it .
Meanwhile Carl gave me the permission , if you don't manage to get over your PC issues within 3 days & you keep abusing your advantage against fair players , I can perma-ban you .

Also if you remember , I made like 2 threads (also replied to people who reported you for speedhacking ingame / on forums) that you're having a technical issue and it's about to get solved , and asked you nicely a couple times to stop .

But reinstalling your OS was harder than you expected it to be , therefore you got phucked briefly .
