    they announced that google bought jambool a while ago, and it's probable that google will also discontinue the API for website payments, will be only for software or w/e ...

    Yea that's one of the main problems why some websites don't like to use paypal, their resolution center sux. But when talking about electronic payments on the net, paypal it's the biggest & most trusted one.. (imo)

    Indeed! i had to wait 15 days so they unlock my account and aside that i had to fax to Belgium some financial papers... now u can imagine.

    The easiest billing option for underaged is probably PaySafeCard, but it's easier for those who have a credit card (instant transfer) to use paypal.
