Please Help me!!!!!!!!

Hi guys today is the second time that install aion and downgraded it looking the guide on the forum,but when i start my client,it goes but it blocks at Ncsoft screen,how do i do????pls help me i'm desperate.Thanks

 

ehh... that must be ur computer xD unless u get some kind of error.
try updating ur graphic card :S i mean download the latest drivers

check directX to be version 9 if thats the latest..

guys i have get windows updates and that problem that it blocks at Ncsoft screen there aren't and ok,but now there is a new problem,starting the game appears the error SentLog ,Windows: has encountered a problem that prevents proper operation of the program ...........

hmm... try to repair your client using ncsoft launcher (don't update , repair only. in case u update accidentally , downgrade ur client)
i believe it's a computer issue however , i don't think it's a client problem.. unless you restarted your computer while installing the game or something lol. (or if u got tons of viruses in ur computer which destroyed ur client's files idk :S)
It is not impossible that it is a client problem tho , since the error u get is that SendLog Client thing.. not a windows error..

Try repairing then post here again and tell us what happened.

EDIT: When you open the NCSoft Launcher , Click on File -> Settings -> Advanced and make sure that your Region is set to North America and that automatic updates are disabled.

Then right click on aion from the list and choose repair.

 

when I open NCsoft Aion shows me the red ball, is not installed, it tells me that is not installed after I dowgraded, if I try to repair,it updates it to version 2.5 .However before i format my pc the game has almays worked,now i try to get new updates for pc,tomorrow let me know thanks,Good Night.

ok thanks,however my pc is an HP,CPU Intel(R)Core(TM)Duo 2.00 GHz,Ram 2,00GB and my pc has a operative system Vista 32-bit,in fact In fact I have never had such problems at the pc.But thank you for your research and your help


Now i reinstall and downgraded the client,but the file posted on the guide of the forum for the downgraded,are correct???????Because the problem that the client blocks there was after downgrading the client,let you know byeeeeeeee.

 

hello guys I finally solved the problem of SentLog updating my system, but now takes over another small problem, when i must choose character, after haves to choose the character, I see the game bar where are the skills, map, inventory etc.. . but i do not see the pg and the landscape !!!!!!

First - Make sure all your drivers are updated... directx , video.....

Then trying loading it again....And let me know..

A: Your missing some Folders/files in your Levels folder.

This problem there is only with the character that are situated in heiron or beluslan,while the character that are situated in another map,i can play but just i teleport in heiron the game blocks.Bye

 

Guyssssssss i finally resolve my problemmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm it's all oK.I replaced again the level folder and the game haven't problem yeahhhhhhhhhhh!Xd i want to thank everyone for the support and the answer.Good Game
