Your opinion on gladiators

No, those are assassins. Gladiators use dual maces.

But seriously,if you are a ranger then you have a big problem if you get attacked by a glad,you will die with 2-3 hits.

But for me as a cleric,they can hit all they want rofl.

Gladiator alone is pathetically easy to handle.

Then again, the same could be said about me, aside from me alone being even possible to handle ;3

But seriously, a ranger shouldn't be getting hit by glads.

 

A pro ranger shouldnt be hit by glads i agree. But gladiators have skills that can catch you from far away,im trying to be a decent ranger when i use mine but there are times when i get attacked by them,stun them run away,but still they have more skills that can hit from far away :S

 

So you're saying a glad's ranged skills can kill your ranger.
Maybe you should just quit playing your ranger.

 

After careful consideration and thought... perhaps I should roll a gladiator D:

I mean I already haz ABG spearz and all dat shiezz. =o

If I don't get my ABG cloth I'll do it <3! And then the world will crack and crumble in half XD

 

Glads are fine

 

Overpowered ...

 

glads are the most easy to use to pwn/kill/slaughter/massacre/genocide your targets

 

If cleave knocks you down it's possible.
I mean buff up and they can get 2.5k cleave, great, righteous, shatering wave, whirling. Bam! 10k+ all ranged.

My opinion about gladiators is:
It is one of the easy to play with classes for beginners. I'm not saying it is easy to kill with glad , i'm only saying that a glad's skills are easy to get used to. Their damage is a little overpowered now but i still can pwn almost every glad in this server unless i get the nice obstacle bug and they reach me lmao. (I'm a sorc)
So i believe their damage now is FAIR because there should be some damn balance between classes... beating glads like before with full hp was way too unfair.
I have no reason to quit until they are nerfed nor am i going to create a gladiator. I love my sorc.
Now what makes me cry is when i try to cast while flying in reshanta and there's nothing in front of me and it says obstacle in the way and the glad just comes and kills me lol i can't sleep/hit him >.<
And of course the delay our skill effects got + the delay we got to wait between casting spells which makes BoQ partially useless , unless you kite.. and kiting on air is lame since there are some "Tactics" that can ruin it...
one of those tactics would be the "When you see someone casting sleep for example , start gliding , you will fall asleep but you will keep gliding and u will ruin the sorc's combo"
I don't believe it is like that in retail.. sleep is supposed to immobilize u and prevent u from doing anything until u get hit or wake up when the spell's effect is gone ^_^ When sorcs get fixed (if they every will get) then noone will cry about glads again.

I just got hit by a glad for 5k while i had my stone skin up...
AWESOME!...

Sorc might be still able to kill glads.. but think about the other classes?
How the heck is an assassin supposed to kill a glad? abuse his evasion bug or whatever that was? or use hide bug? :S.. seriously

 

For me, they are overpowered as usual.
