    Hi i purchased the 61.22 gbp 10,000 credits earlier today but did not recieve the credits which i had purchased and i dont know what to do.

    To be honest shouldnt even have to prove anything he gets all the information he needs sent to him....

    Well i wont ask u what bank u using... but if its a national bank the transaction might take longer than by using a international one...
    U get the confirmation that ur money "left" ur account but aint meaning they reached the destined one yet...
