    1. In order to buy from npc you will have to be VIP
    2. In order to receive Ascesion quest you will have to be VIP
    3. In order to you Airlines you will have to be VIP
    4. In order to bind you will have to bo VIP

    When Carl said he's gonna make the server "retail-like" he also meant the p2p aspect.
    Without VIP, you're really limited to what you're able to do in-game.

    Oh well, at least we can farm manastones without VIP.
