    Essentially one wants the muscle behind the butt to prop up and grow big and nice. Then the proper diet helps fill that in nice :3

    But when people get too much muscle and have too little meat on it then it looks........ urgh...... bad.

    Lol yes I have... and there are some people on the internet with it. Toooooooooooooooo gross. All veiny and celluHEAVY looking. Nasty really. Then again I disagree with about a solid 70% of all "bodybuilding cutting regimes".

    Some of the stuff these people take to obtain the desired cutting results is psychotic at best.
