    How can they messed up the stats so bad, i tell you, this is a process issue and must be addressed soon. If not every updates will always be messed up. Please if this goes on i would rather see a single update with 1 bug fixed than many with none working...

    If you click the skill icon twice before it shows cooldown animation the skill is casted twice as per my friends in game say. That's probably the reason why there are reports in REPORT section about users being able to use the skill twice.
