is it me or the server is down?

i've been trying to log in for 4 hours but the log in screen keeps freezing i played for 3 hours but when i log out i cant log in anymore imagine that 4 hours of keep trying wtf is going on

 

what have u done to try and fix the problem

 

I'm currently playing on it, make sure your Gamez launcher is updated.

 

i already repair my client then after that its fine then i log out after that i cant connect anymore keep freezing when i click the login button

Please make sure you download the Gamez launcher to connect to the server, also, sometimes it different for others but make sure your anti-virus, other programs, firewall, and ports are forwarded.

 

well this is the only time i have this problem since the patch of untradables to become tradable i restarted 20 times and tried to log in 30 times still freezing i cant keep on repairing the client every time i log out

just download the launcher again and applied it and now im in i dont know why i already installed it 3 days ago and a while ago
