Custom Skill NPC

    The npc in panda that sell all the skill is gone. Its totally unfair for players who bought it already.. newly created character should buy them too, but now its gone.:sad:

    she means the skill npc inside the capitol building that sells lvl 51 - 55 skills..

    Skills? LOL Skills are automaticly.. i think hes saying that the Npc that sells like.. dress party and costumes is gone

    So when is the npc going to get spawned again? I've got several people in my legion asking me when they will be able to buy their skills and I have no answer to give them except... I'm sorry, the gm must spawn them. Please let us know. Thanks in advance.

    The npcs that sold all the recipes to, sucks for any new people comin to this server who cant get the recipes or skills from the npcs while other people did.

    yea, i would love to know when they return. its alot unfair because it gives people who got them a huge advantage

    same problem... Skill Book NPC and Advanced Stigma NPC.. GONE! and new ppl getting asskicked at PVP...
