I want your opinion on this...

I got banned today....coz some self righteous hypocrite reported me as a hacker. He took advantage of the server's condition when it implemented a new emulator, namely, Kxa.... I know you probably know this guy, especially asmos, since the first time he logged in..this guy's practically shooting rapid missiles, flying like a jet plane in this server... I believe there were threads made and PM's shouted to report this guy hacking...and still he is playing in the server...anyway, I dont wanna discuss his adventures...

I made my appeal today but to no avail....here's what i made:

So I am pleading to any higher AM...I am VIP...I have been playing in this server for a year now...acquired my ABG's from buying at the shop and trading with descent players... For heaven's sake I AM NOT A HACKER...I have full ABG set, weapon and accessories, a year earned hardwork just went down coz of some jealous ranger...

Sir please be "JUST" when you implement banning.. it tears down a player knowing he worked hard for his character to come up to the best that he can become...I don't know you, you dont know me...please let us respect each other....with all due respect sir...before you do banning, pls reconsider...Kxa is also a known hacker, numerous threads were made about him, and obviously no action was made. in relation to my ban...to tell you honestly i dont hack...i don't care if you believe me or not or anyone who reads this...but please think also that your server has lots of bugs, also, i know you'll be the judge of this but, the video is not sufficient enough..this video was reported on May 19, 2011, the time when the emulator was just new.. Server lags a lot that time and affects much the skills casted and the distance as well...the time Kxa took this video, clicking sniper stance while dropping and flying again then hitting him ( don't know how to say this in english )..the video doesn't even show me doing that...also, i dont know about this, but, when using sniper stance will it show on screen as buffs? because honestly it doesnt show... is this by default? also the video doesnt show of me to see if i were really hacking...when in fact i also reported some folks before, face to face duelling and yet they weren't dealt with, like sexyglad's assasin...syncblades.

I am coming to you with respect on your job and to all the folks reading this...please be fair... I will not risk my character hacking since I am full ABG sets, accs, weapons even lucky wings...

please reconsider...........

I will not make an appeal if I am really hacking..I just hope and wish the AM's in this server would be "just" in dealing with this kind of situations....or more people will eventually leave, especially those who were playing and supporting this server from the very beginning....

looks like you got nailed for range abuse. and if this was a first offense looks like they were harsh, I know many rangers (both sides) who fire when chasing, and they hit from 40 m out when other classes cant, even volrath the sin will switch to his bow and try to stun you in flight to get closer, afaik he or any of the others dont get banned. Some jailtime maybe, but no a ban looks to be harsh from that video.

 

Well, I'm a friend of Shadehawk, which is non-stop blablahing about you, how you're a great glad, a great player etc. so I guess I'm supporting you.

 

you're probably right if the server is in a perfect or near to perfect condition....and yes it's harsh...and no i am not hacking...but thank you for giving your opinion...
