    It's Andre, supposed to be in Crucible.

    It's right at starter point on Asmodian's side now.

    Apparently it's only lvl 1, and killing it takes 3 hits.

    It's supposed to be in Eltnen, level 40 hero boss that drops level 40 blue weapons and a pretty nice necklace.

    He's been in Eltnen since 1.5 or so, I mean 1.2 - 2.1 bosses are in Crucible (along with some new ones thrown in).
