[Question] Battleping

Hi Guys,

So since everyone has been saying BP has something to do with how their ping works so I went ahead and installed it. But I encountered problem with using it.

I asked a few folks that is using BP on how to use it. So I open BP first then the AION client. I'm using Gamebooster and Leatrix atm. When I try to log in it will say "You are still logged in" and then it will disconnect me. I changed the server but now it just give me a blank screen putting in the UN/PW then after pressing enter.

Just wanna ask you pros about this maybe there's something wrong on how did things .

i dont know what may be causing your problem
however know that battle ping disconnects you ever house unless you purchased a subscription

 

I get the 1 hour dc trial downfall but the dc (my dc) happens before i even log in.

I can log in though without BP..

Maybe. I just wanted to try it out since i moved to my current place i've been dragging my toon to the grave everytime i pvp due to my bad ping lately. it's pretty inconsistent though.

 

well if i knew what caused your problem id tell you
maybe try googling it?

dont close the cmdprompt. leave it there and dont X battle ping. just minimize it .

 

Yeah i tried that. not working still

 

try restarting ur PC.

open battle ping.

input the right UN and PW.
(make sure its the correct and the registered one)

a confrimation will show up "Purchase BattlePing to remove the 1 hour restriction"

select server.

minimize the cmdprompt and press minimize to tray for BP.

Launch Gamez and enjoy.

 

restart ur pc
open bp and choose server than have good ping then click connect ( make sure u click y when it asking for y/n and leave that window open do not close it )

open gamebooster
open gamez
have fun

 

other than leatrix, do u have any other fast ping software installed?

 

I already uninstalled all of those that might have caused it.i also tried reboot and what not. But still a no go

 

Does still has their working battle ping installer? Can you share it with me?

I downloaded it again but now its giving me an install error "access denied" I just went ahead ignored it and then it got installed but when i run the program it will say "....its not a valid win32 application".

 

Well, at my home BP in default port were working.
But at my company, while there's no restriction the default port were not working, that's why I used to change it for alternate port to play and worked successfully.

Maybe your router or whatever it is not allowing you go through default port. Use alternate port and try again.

 

I would prolly do this once i get through with this installation error
