No game server is available to the authorization server?

My game is fine but my husbands isn't. he let the thing update and then it kept saying that. so i had him downgrade and checked his direct x then he got the error of otc build client has stopped working after that he reinstalled the crystal launcher and its back to the first error message what is next to do because we have spent over 14 hours trying to fix this.

I guess it has been updated to a 2.5 version... i hope this will help. try searching in the search box of the forums: downgrade >>> there's a sticky note in one of the listed results. downgrade 2.5 version official. perhaps the instructions there will help you solve your problem.

update your aion, then repair, then re download crystal launcher and then change europe region to north america from ncsof launcher

crystal launcher has nothing to do with it if only you did not install it in the wrong folder, while downloading aion what kind of folder did it make? aion or aion eu?

Alright... I´ve gone through absolutely every possible solution in these forums, nothing works. I´ve reinstalled, repaired, redownloaded the launcher, absolutely everything... Nothing works. I get to just before the login screen, before the game just vanishes without a trace, no error or nothing. Now, I´ve isolated the actual cause, since I can run the game retail just perfectly, it is only once I install the launcher, that it does this. It seems to be the d3d8thk.dll file that causes the error, since as soon as I remove it, I can play the retail version again, no problems.

Now I´m wondering if it´s because I´m on XP 64-bit, and some support has been removed, since it doesn´t matter if I try to run the launcher in compatability mode, it just won´t start up.

Someone -please- come with a fix. Two days of non-stop trying is driving me nuts >.<

 

It should work with Crystal launcher (it should let you copy all required files).

 

Nope. Doesnt. Tried it so many times now, its not even funny >.<

 

The problem is, the file that the Crystal Aion Launcher puts in the bin32 folder makes the game unplayable. It's that file that makes it so I can't play, and the game vanishes just before the loginscreen. There might be something wrong with that file, the d3d8thk.dll.

Edited to clarify:
The d3d8thk.dll file is the one that the launcher uses to connect to Crystal Aion's server. I did a little test, putting the file in the bin64 folder, NOT the bin32 folder, and launched the game using the Crystal Aion launcher, and then it went to the loginscreen just fine, only it couldn't connect to an authorization server.
