    have u tried using other names: they should only be alphabetical.

    one i can think of is...

    he got elyos chars.
    he wants to create asmo chars... or vice versa

    with recent update you can no longer do that...

    Or you might be trying to play Gamez with a 2.5 client. I tried on my 2.1 server, I can reach the character creation with a 2.5 client, when I try to make it it says "Failed to create the character.". That might be the issue.

    i think he has 8chars already, deleted one and trying to make a new one...

    well, if thats the case you need to exit the client itself the try to log back and make your new char.

    My problem is this:
    When I want to create my first character in the account, put what i put (in the name), the game says in a poster [Failed to create the character]
    The account is new.
    My client is 2.5.
