Extended Maces

I put an extended skin on my Taha mace and the extention doesn't work. Sure it shows the annimation but I must get close to the enemy still. I tried it with the regular weapon (extended) and it works. But when skinned it doesnt extend.

 

Yeah.. It won't work if you skin it over another weapon.

 

You actually have to use the weapon itself and not just use it as a skin.

Or (not in mace case particularly but) when fused with an extendable weapon (e.g. ABG + Triroan Greatsword) still has extendability.

 

You can't combine ABG with Triroan~ But yes, they have to be fused with Triroan, but as the second base weapon.

 

ABG - Main
Triroan - Secondary
= Extendable ABG. Am I wrong e.e ? [this has to be tested, that's what my friend told me]

 

Wrong the ext only will work if the primary weapon is ext. At least it was like that 3 months ago.

Guess ima break one trioran spear to make that test.

 

The only way you get the extension benefit of an extendable weapon is if you use the extendable weapon as main weapon when either combining or remodeling the weapon.

If you use the extendable weapon as a combine (secondary) you'll only get the stats but the not extension attribute of the weapon. Neither if you use it as a skin remodel, you'll only get the animation but not the actual extension effect.

 

what? Ive seen people with skins and it extends.

 

As youve said, the ANIMATION works.

And if it was actually extending distance it was the real weapon.

 

i used skin on my spear and it worked! i know it works for spears but for mace i dont really know

The "extension" works on auto attacks but when you use skills it'll be the same. Extending weapons will only work if it's the actual weapon that extends, not the skin. I have tested it with my gladiator. Fused bakarma [primary] + eat spear has the same damage of ABG Spear but the other stats are a bit lower. But I'd go with the fused bakarma spear all day. =]

 

lol..are you high?

do you see the "extendable" text function at the most lower part of your weapon when you skinned and pointed your cursor on it?... i guess you didn't...meaning it aint functioning as extendable...you are only seeing extendable animation...to know that it functions as an extendable weapon, check first the required range for a certain skill to use, normally it's 25m to hit an enemy. but with an extendable weapon, you hit your opponent 30m ahead...get it? so yea, goodluck on your theory............

 

No, that's not true. Long range skills still hit from the same distance. Or at least they should... If they're hitting from 30m, then that's bugged~

 

No its not work. as many people said, the animation works but it doesnt give you the extendend range.

You cant fused Trioran+ABG

Since Trioran is lvl 50 and ABG its lvl 55

They need to be the same type of weapons and lvl.
