    You probably tried logging with the 2.5 client which isn't supported yet.

    maybe u should post some ss of your templar(in the past) and abg set that u had as a proof maybe the gm or am will retrieve it for. oh and some items u bought at credit shop at problem section.

    (Note: do not edit the screenshot, i.e colour black and so on to cover user)

    I got the exact same problem this morning o.o

    It was in siel, and i logged in and it asked me if i wanted to create 'Asmodian' or 'Elyos'
    No characters .
    I restarted my client, and wala, everything was normal again o:
