    i used infinite launcher and launch and restart and use gamezaion launcher but still its korean language

    delete your L10n folder...then repair on NCSoft launcher..1gb size..only takes 3 hours for your stated download speed.........and be patient..

    try this
    go to your aion directory and find l10n all the language packs should be in there, delete everything inside and let the launcher download the language pack again.

    also is your client set to na?
