I need help anyone could help me with my computer T.T

    my computer keep on shutting down ..
    my friend said that i have to re paste some thermal compound in my computer heatsink i just did but still keep in shutting down i dont know what to do now please help me T.T:sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad:

    My friend had the exact same problem, turns out she had a deadly virus and she had to throw her comp away >___>

    Just curious, is it BSOD'ing? (blue screen of death, you get a blue wall with white text on it) or is it just shutting down straight away?

    i already encountered what you saying .. i solution it by reformating my p.c

    You need a new power supply for it. Depending on your computer specifications..Mine was 350 and i had that problem..i changed it to 450 and it works fine..

    is it the heatsink?

    mobo = motherboard hehe sorry bout that.
    my old pc was like that, it turned out my motherboard was already near its limits (signs of failures)
    and later it wasnt able to turn it back on even w/ a new power supply.


    Quick Question: how many minutes does it usually take for your pc when its on to restart / shutdown by itself?
    your OS is?

    well have u cleaned you computer??? might be getting too hot with the dust in it...use canned air
