Poison's / Root's

Root effect's should stop a player from gliding, and clip his wing's assuming he's in the middle of a glide. Not sure if this is bugged or not working properly here since I have yet to test it (No one to test it with atm since my guildies are sleeping) And poisons / bleeds should prevent said player from gliding / flying. :3

In about 4 mins, 7 seconds in you'll see where poisons and bleeds prevent players for opening up glide / wing's. - The ablazed corrected me on this part. <: See below.
At the 9 minute marker is a good example of root clipping someones wings in the middle of a glide.

From wat i know ... if u use root wen the enemy its glideing .. the root will be resisted !

 

Too bad that vid is from 1.5 and not 2.5.
Also when gliding and someone roots you your wings will be clipped.

 

Yea it does suck it's from 1.5 and not 2.5 but meh, that hasn't changed yet, so it's still accurate as far as I know. +.+

Most of the retail sorcs in 2.5 don't root people when they are gliding anymore for it leading to a "cheap kill" when they are making pvp vids.

It's a shame too, I miss watching people fall to their death for chasing down a sorc, cleric, or sm off a cliff. xD

Flame cage, frost, root. I don't see whats so hard about it. I used to do it alot in retail. xD
Though in these pservers, hitting frost, and root is never a bad idea. I find alot of players dont have fast enough reactions to find their pot's on time before they go splat. So in most cases - Frost - root.

And hmm. Poisons being taken out, interesting, I may need to play with that abit. :3
