updated to 2.5

man i updated my aion to 2.5.0.3 version. i tried many times to downgrade it to 2.1.0.12 following the instructions on the other topic on annoucements but when i try to initialize gamez aion i get an error bin32 or something. plz help thx.

 

Why you want to downgrade? we are 2.5 already.

 

The server is running 2.5 at moment. You dont need to downgrade. Just install Gamez Launcher and you will be able to play ~

I also have an issue with the update, not sure if this is the right place to post...I'm sorry if that's the case.

Anyway, when I first started playing on Gamez a while ago I created 2 chars, identical in appearance.

With the update to 2.5 they changed the face preset order I think and now my char's faces look different and I don't like them at all.

It breaks my heart to have to spend my credits (that I'm voting/saving for better gear) for a plastic surgery ticket which will only fix one char's face.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

If I give you a screenshot of the char customization screen can you guys change it back to what it's supposed to be from your end or something?

what you're doing is called "Hijacking"

anyway, u didn't get a free plastic surgery?

 

theres a little scroll icon by your bar icons that should be a survey for a plastic surgery ticket

 

OK I saw it now, thank you, but I only got one for 1 char. Both my chars were affected.
