    I've been QQing about that for a long time lol xD And I was in Beluslan the other day so there was this one ranger that always used that on me so I could fall down and die, it's sad that they've learnt what it does and they use it to kill people like that :<

    Agonizing arrow does the right effect, the one you can find on retail servers:

    poisoning, cuting wings. you can dispell it with greater healing pots, and then, re-open your wings.

    No need to modify anything or to make any useless petition. welcome to aion =)

    What about the other poisoning effects? They shouldn't cut wings.
