    yes we already talked in-game w/ my ranger.
    and he also pm'd me here in the forums and i also replied to him. (also forwarded his PM to me to an SAM and 2 AM)

    for now, we dont know, for i saw his Ban appeal and there was still no reply from any staff member.
    so right now we wait and hope for the best.

    to Rsab, please remain patient and at most stay calm until we get a word from any staff member about your ban appeal.

    it has been nearly 2 days w/o an answer.
