Someone sold me duped items ingame , got really fucked up ...

So , what happened ... some guy shouted on chat that he is selling ABG longbow and corundum earings ... i contacted him and made him an offer , he accepted it ... then while talking he said that he will sell his whole ranger , to wait him a bit and he will sell EAT leather set to me ... we were in pandemonium , at warehouse . So he went in the legion warehouse section and traded with a guy , dunno exactly what he did ... i didn`t realized then that he was duping those items , on forum i`ve read that legion warehouse dupe method was fixed .
So in the end , we traded the EAt leather set as well , then logged out a bit , and when i entered again THE WHOLE ITEMS WERE GONE ... ABG longbow +15 , 2 x corundum earings lvl 55 , full EAT leather set +15 ...

I will post now all the prints i have made (i made the first printscreen just by instinct = proof that i had the items and he agreed on the trade vs 7.5b = he was the one trading with me all the time , the others were made with me & my inventory without nothing & me talking with him and in the last print he never replied ), the one who scammed me was Salldeath , and the one who helped him was Onehitdeath - i made printscreen with both of them standing together and him ignoring me , prolly sharing my hard earned kinah .... (he was trading and standing near him almost all the time , i thought at first he was his other char in new window but at one time they moved together)

So ... first of all this happened because you said you fixed the legion warehouse dupe method and you didn`t fixed it ... i was careless and didn`t thought it is even possible to dupe items . I want those two guys ip banned and locked on all accounts and i want to get repaid / get the items from their account ...
I spent 3.5b for longbow , 3b for earings and 7.5b for leather set = 14b total ... almost all my kinah :sad: if nothing will happen after this thread , i will quit the server , please do something not that you care for one player , but do it for justice ...

 

this is why i dont buy from humans. npcs are trust worthy

what do you mean "be careful next time" like i wasn`t careful now ... i don`t know anything about the dupe thing , and in the last update Carl said the legion warehouse dupe method was fixed ... i did all by the book , i traded as i always trade with ppl asking items / kinah upfront if it`s over 1b trade , i never scammed , i`m a honest man ... i just got fucked and i want my items / kinah + i want the hackers punished ...

 

Are you serious??? I would like to know how would u feel if the same thing happened to you. There are just too many scammers in the server...Its hard to know who to trust and who to not trust...Hope you get your stuff back and the player gets what he deserves.

He has no control over those items and was careful therefore not giving him his stuff back would be stupid for the admins, thats like ordering a new cellphone that doesnt work from a second party manufactuer that fakes being legit.

indeed ... since Carl announced in the last update that the dupe method was fixed , there was nothing i can control in this matter ...

It`s not like i traded 14b items and i gave him 14b kinah and he scammed when we traded the last billion (here would be my fault and i wouldn`t even bothered to post on forums cause i would be the fool), he sold me duped items which dissapeared after the trade ... where i was wrong ? i bought today ABG spear , all the EAT ruby accessories , and few other items for my chars ... i had no problem , and i got no complain against me though i always requested the item first then gave the rest of kinah .

All trades were ok except this one , if you keep saying it was my fault , please say where i was wrong , since ALL users are making their trades ingame I was just robbed by some hackers , which took advantage from a bug who was not fixed ... in the end is both server administration & scammer`s fault .

Now please don`t spam / flame in this thread , i`m waiting for GM`s to take decisions here ... I hope they will make justice and they will give me the items / kinah back . This could happen to ANYONE , it`s not the buyer`s fault at all .

Also if there is a way to get the whole chat , i saw in some topics copy/paste from chat logs ... anyone can tell me how to do that ?
