    You cannot complete all the chains with the same buttom?!

    Press "O", go "Options", on the right side, at User Interface section, you'll see an option named "Show Chain Skills in Quickbar". Just mark it.

    when your chain is great, and you have more than one choice (ex: gladiator: Ferocious strike -> Robust Blow or Rage)
    in that case, you can use only Robust blow pressing the same button of Fercious strike, if you want to use Rage u need to click on it when in appear on your screen

    Hope i was enought clear :D
