Sorcer over power 100% cast speed

    It just returned back to normal.. We had a bug which was preventing us from casting one skill after another , it was saying "you are not ready". We couldn't even nuke and kill a cleric , they were healing. And we had the delayed spell effect bug aswell.

    Now everything is back to normal , the delay we had between casting spells got fixed. The spell casting time was NOT changed.
    With 2% c speed title + 1% c speed candy + 9% c speed scroll + 50% casting from boon of quickness + 10% casting from magic boost + 20% from tome/orb + 8% from abg gloves , we can reach 100%.

    We could reach 105% but the abg set c speed bonus (5%) was removed. -.-'

    Remove every cc and play with what? damage?
    Everyone will use sorcerers/rangers/gladiators... for damage burst
    Most retarded thing i heard today , no offence -.-'

    ps: where's the damn thanks button?

    they dont have 100% cast speed, and even if they had it goes only for asmos, so you are one ely QQer who never played 1.9 or below

    Well, you could have -0.1(or even better) casting speed before, if you were grouped with a chanter.(tested by me :ninja: ).That meant instant glacial shard and flame spray. ^_^

    Stuns u once every 3 seconds :p but it summons a tornado which damages you , once you move , it does not follow u so it's way too useless -.-
