    My IP has been banned due to using a command on the test server that was never stated not to use.

    I would like my IP restored to my private server account.

    Is there any way to contact Carl?

    Try the ban appeals section. What command was it btw? Im pretty sure you did not get banned for just using a command in game... that would be ridiculous.

    Appeal was accepted almost a week ago, but still nothing.

    And you would be surprised. The server was acting funny and I had a title on my character I didn't have before, so I used the restart server command. Yes I know now, that was a big thing to do. But I was never told DON'T DO THIS, otherwise I wouldn't have done it.

    why would u get jailed about that? i play with //heal //movetome //kill etc.. i mean , i try them out.. i know they will never work.
    I'm pretty sure you weren't banned for just trying out a command.. i've tried like every single of them.. the commands are useable only by AMs/SAMs/etc
    Anyway gl.. im off to sleep xD

    .... restart server command is extremely controlled... even SAMs can't use it willy nilly... no shit you're banned..

    Would have been nice to know not to use that command, otherwise I wouldn't have used it.

    But having my private account banned because of a test server mistake is really stupid.

    Oh yes, I had just been on the test server working with Evilset on some data, and I used that command not knowing what it really does and then boom, I can't do anything on test or private.

    And the situation is kind of being ignored, I've only gotten 1-2 SAM/AMs to respond and it all points back to Carl. I hope he responds, because the situation is just getting silly. What do you have to gain by having me banned from private? Is it really that difficult to unban someone?

    First of all, I see no reason for a ban, using that command on test server is not stated to be illegal action so the ban is invalid. Second of all, I so wonder why there are many invalid invastigations and unfair bans, but seems like there is noone who could answer it.
