Pet Problem

    Some time ago before update.. xD
    i bought pet from (site petshop) Teasing Jefi (alarm pet)
    now after update his speciality (enemy alert) gone... his backpack gone...
    i was try lvl him up or how ever call it but.. it stops on 99%... i was w8 1h and still on 99%.. dont want go up to 100%...
    any ideas what i need to do to get back alert and backpack in this pet? or its a next server problem ?>.>
