Requesting some help :)

Quited for quite some time now, but felt like coming back & try 2.5, but i keep getting dced after getting into the game & walked for awhile, so i hope someone would help me, thus it doesn't display any system or message error, so i thought it was my graphic card but i tried to put auto adjust but it's still the same, btw with NVIDIA GTX460 & Intel I7 870, what's the max spec i could reach? & what's the ratio of elyos : asmodians now o.o? last time i think is 3:1, which legion is better xD? (english speaking legion pls, not tagalog (or how to spell that) speaking legion)[anyway no offence to any pinoys] btw pls help to bump my thread

 

Okay, reading through your thread, I'm going to see if I have facts right.

1) Random disconnects, with no error message.

2) Wanting to know about in-game legions/population.

3) Need specific information on max settings your card can run.

I'll be able to help with the first one at least, the second one is a matter of preferrence. Hopefully, being an older player, you still have both an elyos and an asmodian on the same account so you'll be able to log and check.

As to the random disconnects, is your internet stable? Another thing, have you attempted to run the NCSoft Launcher's repair client?

I'll do some research into your card as well, so I'll be able to give you better information about it.

 

This is a big waste of time. Client repair is NOT the option to all problems. Whenever you disconnect from Aion, please check whether you are still able to still browse the internet.

 

While I agree with you, its one factor less that can be eliminated to actually solve the problem.

 

repair aion client, reinstal gamez launcher and check ur internet connection

well i could easily browse the internet just that i dced after walking inside for about 5 mins, i know when u have a pt or alliance , it will auto dc, but i didnt played for months so i don think i have alliance or pt lol.

Can you log back on immediately after the 5 min are up? What operating system are you on now currently? Do you have any sort of anti-virus firewalls running?

 

..what's ur broadband/internet speed?..check ur firewall, it might be blocking the launcher..

as for ur gpu, gtx 460 is quite a strong card..If u are using a 1080p monitor(1920x1080p) it will run on medium settings just fine..Don't put advance or u will lag at some battles..

 

well doing pretty good even if i return i cant really be active tho, so how have u been bro? well i could relog immediately after i dced, I'm using windows 7 32 bit, well yea northern antivirus & firewall on, but last time i played it with those on.

yea I'm using 1920x1080p xD how did u figure that out? why not advance :O? i prefer higher specs so it looks nicer.

 

You could run it in advance, but when you hit players you'll get a decent amount of graphic lag, usually is fatal in PVP. Try to maybe allow Aion.bin and the gamezlauncher to run in your firewall? I know I still get messages about aion with my win7, i disconnect when I reenable it every now and then.

I still get it occasionally. Not every 5 minutes per say like you, but I get it like once a day.

Hm, also just for curiosity's sake, are you on a router? Or directly connected to your modem from the computer?

 

well my modem is router+modem, & my modem is connected directly to my computer my modem name is Linksys WAG54G2, just for your information :X
