    I'd suggest you pm Quake5 about this , he had the same issue today and he fixed it somehow , i don't really know how.
    Try deleting ur L10N Folder and repairing ur client with ncsoft launcher. (If i remember right , that's one of the things he did , tho i don't remember if it was the thing that fixed this problem or not)
    Repairing the client is good anyways. =P

    I got that error and what I did was just ignore it and wait a little bit until the server ran. It worked :)

    Last time my cousin had also got that error. because he is copying aion files from another computer. then he reinstall it and done. ;)
