Char stuck @ 9- or did i miss something

    i cant seem to get past lv9, i know i have to choose a specialization
    in this case Sorc or spiritmaster at some time, is there a window that pops up, or an npc i need to visit?
    so whats the problem here?

    A quest appears when you hit level 9 to choose class. Finish the Ascension quest.

    As for not being able to log, could just have crashed, just keep retrying.
