Too many judging threads/people

Judging is something that people are just always going to do no matter what and there is not really a lot you can do to stop it. It is how you take it that really matters. I'm not going to say that not caring about what people think of you is easy. But it is important to look yourself in the mirror whenever someone got to you with a judgemental statement and think "Is this really true and if it is true, does it matter?". If you are honest with yourself you will come to a realisation - I'll use selfishness as an example as most people have encountered that. You might realise that you weren't selfish and giving that person what he/she asked for would just have been stupid, which will make you feel better about yourself; or you might realise that you could have given that person what he/she really needed at no or nearly no personal cost, which will give you something to think of the next time it happends.

Completely ignoring judgements is a bad thing, but letting them get to you emotionally is also a bad thing. Something I think so a good idea is that you can always ignore that the judgement is from a person and image it as a question from a machine, asking you whether you think you are selfish or not.

Then there's the whole thing of judging people by religion, colour etc. Well... is a person who is so stupid as to think that those things make a huge differense in the way you are as a person really worth your time?

It is always beneficial to learn more about yourself and remember: words hurt more and deeper than punches, but only if you let them.

But judging is a normal habit of the human being. It's just a problem which everyone have and this will never change, i think.
If people say, they dont judge, that's wrong. How do we say? "The eye eats with u." Whatever you see, the first acquaintance let u build an opinion.
Well, we all have to deal with this habit. Everyone do it in his/her own measure. Some igore it, some rage about it and other just notice. I prefer the last. Accept the way, how humans are. :>

 

People are seeming to forget that it's not just appearance, race, or behavior, but it's also sexuality. One too many homophobes out there, I ask them why, and the response I get is "It's just evil", or some idiotic thing like that.

These people are just too prideful. They need to be really humble... One day, they will be judged too.
