WHERE are my chars ???

Hello GMs,

I havent played for a while, just recently logged in two or three times. Now I tried to logg in again an when I get to window where I should select my char which I wanna play there is no real char to select.

where I could pic my mainchar andoh it says: 2578 (null)

and at the button for my twink it says: Deletion pending.Remaining Time 21159 days, 19 h5 m

I never did delete any of my chars and I want to play them again.

pls help me gms.. what happend ????

 

did you update to 2.5 &repair?

 

They got touched.

 

How long haven't you play? After the first update (the bugged one=)) was said that all the charas wich were not active for 1 year were deleted.

 

if you werent active for 7 months they deleted your account from database
but ando can still login

 

May have gotten hacked and all characters deleted then if the client is fine.

someone has had this problem before

 

i played every day until about 2 month ago. but I logged in about 3- weeks ago for two or three times to pvp in Ingisson. And at that time everything was normal.

when I log into the account on www.gamezaion.com I can see both chars, even the inventory is completely there. Both chars where full AGB-Equipt.

but I havent updatet the game, so maybe thats the problem. I will try to do that now , maybe it works then again.

 

how did that someone solve the problem ?

 

yea gamez doesn't support 2.1
you have to update to 2.5 then repair

 

Yes, please update your client to 2.5 using the NCSoft launcher.

 

I update atm , after that I will get back with you guys and let you know if it worked. Meanwhile thanks a lot for your quick help.

 

hi Guys,

sorry it took me so long for the answer, but I just came home from work . the problem was indeed the upgrade. After upgrading Aion it works normally and all my chars are back. Thank you for your help.
