Redmercy my character is bugged pls fix =(

dear admins or whatever my char is Redmercy on GamezAion Lumiel server lvl 55 gladiator my char is bugged i cant press teleport button i cant do anything when i log off my char moves like 50 metres to the left i was in verteron i loged out and i came back and i was at taht river near dinosaurs xD and my char ressurects when it has full hp and i donated 3.5k credits im VIP member and 2k credits for ABG spear please help me email me at[email protected] please i need ur help

it happaned after i went to dp for first time =(

 

Try to repair your client thru the NCSoft Launcher. sometimes it fixes issues like the one you're talking about.

You die when u teleport to sanctum? i don't get it.

i can teleport normally with ur char and i tried to relog a few times , he didn't move from his spot lol..

The Teleporter works normally , i teleported to sanctum and logged out , i don't see any bug sorry...

When some SM/Templar Fears me and i move forever automatically , without pressing any button , when i try to teleport , i die. It's the movement that causes it when u teleport , u gotta be standing.
It happened to me once. (if that's the one u are talking about , i'm still not sure what bug u got)
That bug lasted for a few minutes for me only , i relogged a few times and restarted my client and then i could play normally

If you log in and the bug is still happening , it means your client is having some problem and i'd suggest you repair it like redcox said.
