Help I have Asmo and 1 Elyos Char

The box tells you to go to aiononline if you have char's on both sides wants you to type something in cant play here until I can get to char's WHAT to DO?

 

Type in "OK" and then hit OK button on the menu.

idk it says in the rules if the signature is larger then the max size you will receive a warning/infraction
even tho ive never seen someone get infracted for signature size so idk
