itme not in cube after buy with credit

i buy custome with my credit but after 2 hour im wait still not the item in my cube what happen it that help me gm

the items come through a survey now which is located next to your skill bars

 

And if you didnt receive the survey then make sure your images arent edited.

click the survey icon it is located at the lower right portion of your screen..
